What is PC Memory?



What is computer memory? 
Memory in a computer can translate into one of several different types.  First there is computer memory that is contained in your internal hard drive or physical computer memory, where files are stored.  However, most often when talking about computer memory it is in reference to virtual memory that is initially installed onto your computer in the form of memory banks or chips or Random Access Memory (RAM).
